Tomconverter for Windows
Download Tomconverter.exe and run it on a Windows PC. It reduces images on that computer. It does not open a browser, and it does not upload the files.
Results are written to the Pictures\Tomconverter folder unless another folder is chosen. Original files are not changed. Python does not need to be installed.
